Dana Ellingson has been in the early childhood field for over 25 years, investing herself in many roles as an Early Childhood Educator and Behavior Guidance Consultant, Trainer and Coach. Her recent focus has been on supporting adults in building meaningful relationships with children. She holds a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and is endorsed as an Infant Family Specialist.  She is committed to supporting educators in the field to build child-centered, play-based quality environments. Her other interests are exploring new ideas and spending as much time as she can with her family.
